Changes for 2026

Updates to medical plans

  • We’ve partnered with Highmark as the new medical administrator for our CDHP and PPO plans. This change provides access to a larger broad network of providers at lower negotiated rates, which means lower out-of-pocket costs for you. Click here to learn more about finding an in-network provider in Highmark’s national network.
  • About 75% of our colleagues will have access to the High Performance Network (or HPN) option based on their home ZIP code. These plans offer a focused network of high-quality doctors and hospitals but don’t cover care outside of the network. If available in your area, you’ll see two NEW plan options when enrolling in Workday: PPO 1000 HPN and CDHP 2250 HPN.
  • Access to specialized care through Carrum Centers of Excellence for CAR-T therapy and bariatric, knee and hip replacement, and spinal surgery helps ensure the highest-quality outcomes and consistent experiences.
Free virtual medical care

If you enroll in a Highmark medical plan through Rentokil, you’ll have access to free virtual medical care through Cirrus MD. Connect with a trusted doctor anytime, anywhere, 24/7/365, in less than 60 seconds through the easy-to-use app.

Increases to HSA and HCFSA limits

Here are the IRS contribution limits for the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) for 2026:

  • HSA: $4,400 if you cover yourself, $8,750 if you cover others. $1,000 catchup contribution if age 55+
  • HCFSA: $3,300

Note: We continue to see low participation in the HSA. In our effort to balance the cost with value for most of our colleagues, we’ve decided to no longer offer the Company match on this account. We’ll continue to offer the HSA option so you can save pre-tax dollars for healthcare expenses, with tools and resources to maximize its value.

Enhanced Vision benefit

  • The allowance for eyeglass frames and contact lenses is increasing from $130 to $155.
  • Premiums for vision (and dental!) will remain the same in 2026.
