Did you know pregnancy is often associated with dental decay? Schedule the prenatal dental cleaning included in your plan through Delta Dental. Visit the website or call (800) 932-0783 to find an in-network provider.
If you need in-the-moment care, use the telehealth services through CirrusMD, Kaiser, or HMSA.
Save money with a spending or savings account
Your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) allows you and your family members to save on health-related expenses by using pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket medical, prescription, dental, vision, and over-the-counter expenses.
- If you’re enrolled in a Highmark CDHP or CDHP HPN plan, you can enroll in or change your HSA contribution at any time. Also, you’re eligible for a Company match! Learn more.
- If you’re enrolled in the Highmark PPO or PPO HPN, Kaiser, HMSA, or have declined medical coverage, the HCFSA is for you! You must enroll during new hire or Open Enrollment. Learn more.

- Oshi Health: This virtual digestive (GI) care resource connects you with a multidisciplinary team of specialists who work together to address and treat your symptoms.
- Hinge Health: Treat joint and muscle pain virtually with Hinge Health. Access a physical therapist and health coach, physical therapy sessions, and app-guided exercises.
- Livongo (by Teladoc Health): Prevent or keep diabetes under control through blood pressure monitoring and weight management.

Initiate your leave
To initiate your leave:
- View our step-by-step guide to leaves of absence.
- Discuss your leave with your manager.
- Contact AbsenceOne at (855) 205-5852 or visit the AbsenceOne website to initiate your claim and fill out necessary documentation.
Add your child to your benefits
If you’re planning to add your child to your medical, dental, and vision insurance, you must do so within 30 days of birth or adoption. You do not need to wait until you have the official birth certificate and/or Social Security number to start the process of adding your child to your health plans. To get started:
- Visit Workday > Menu > Benefits & Pay > Benefits > Change Elections.
- Contact RTX Benefits at (800) 901-9025 (follow the prompts for Benefits and Health & Welfare) or MyHR@Rentokil-Terminix.com.
For your change to be processed and finalized, provide a copy of the official birth certificate, official hospital letter, adoption certificate, or court documents showing legal guardianship within 30 days of the birth or adoption.
You’re also required to submit Dependent Verification Documentation and dependent Social Security numbers when you submit your qualifying life events if you add any additional new dependents due to the birth/adoption.
Also, consider these options:
- Protect yourself and your family from surprise medical expenses with supplemental medical insurance.
- Elect and contribute — or increase your contribution — to an HSA (CDHP 3750, CDHP 2250 0r CDHP 2250 HPN) or HCFSA (PPO 1000 or PPO 1000 HPN) to help you save on eligible healthcare expenses.
Note: Coverage and premiums are effective on the original effective date of the birth or adoption. Any missed premium payroll deductions will appear on your next pay in full as a retroactive deductionRetroactive Premium Deduction: Coverage and premiums are effective on the original effective date of your enrollment event. Once your enrollment or change is approved and finalized, any missed premium payroll deductions dating back to the effective date will appear on your next pay as a retroactive deduction and will be deducted from your check in full..
Update your life insurance and will
You may want to consider updating your protection benefits. Through Securian, you can enroll in supplemental life insurance to cover you and your child (up to $25,000 per child). You must enroll in supplemental life insurance if you want to elect this insurance for your child.
Now is also a good time to create or update your will. If you’re enrolled in LegalEASE, this program can connect you with a lawyer in your area.

Update your tax and beneficiary information
Review your tax withholding information and make any updates.

You may want to add or update beneficiaries. A beneficiary is the person who you want to receive benefits in the event of your death.
- Life insurance: If you submit a birth qualifying life event, you’ll be able to update your life beneficiary along with your other benefits. If you don’t submit a qualifying life event, change your beneficiaries by visiting Workday > Menu > Benefits & Pay > Change Benefits > Change Beneficiaries.
