Preventive health screenings

What you need to know

Getting preventive care can reduce your risk for disease — and it’s covered under your medical plan at 100 percent if you use an in-network doctor. Think about getting a primary care physician (PCP). A PCP can help you stay on top of preventive care screenings as well as identify potential health issues early on.

Note: If you’re enrolled in the critical illness insurance plan or hospital indemnity plan, health screenings like mammograms, immunizations, Pap smears, and routine health checkup exams receive a $100 benefit. Learn more.
