Time off and leaves

Find out ways to take time off — whether to relax, recover, care for loved ones, or other personal reasons.

What you need to know

The Company offers a variety of benefits that allow you to take time off when you need it. The amount of time off you’re eligible to take depends on your role, your work schedule, and how long you’ve worked for the Company.

There are seven paid Company-observed holidays and 16 hours of floating holidays you may use to celebrate and recognize other non-Company observed holidays, religious holidays or observances, and special milestones (like your work anniversary or birthday).

Holiday time off

Your eligibility for vacation days, sick days, and floating holidays varies depending on your state, role, and hours worked. See your Colleague Handbook for details and year-specific holiday dates.

These are the Company-paid holidays for all colleagues:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
